Information We Collect
We collect two types of information from users of our Site: “Personal Information,” which is information that you provide or that we otherwise collect, which can be used to individually identify you (such as your name, email address, etc.), and “Non-Identifiable Information,” which is information that cannot by itself be used to individually identify you (such as frequency of visits to the Site, browser type, etc.). Non-Identifiable Information may be collected when you use our Services, independent of any information you voluntarily enter. Additionally, we may use one or more processes to de-identify information that contains Personal Information, such that only Non-Identifiable Information remains. Importantly, we use service providers to help us operate, administer and provide our Site and Services. Where relevant, our service providers collect, use and otherwise process your Personal Information and Non-Identifiable information on our behalf. Our Services are not directed or targeted to children under the age of sixteen (16), nor do we knowingly collect on or through the Site any Personal Information from children under sixteen. If you are under sixteen, do not provide your Personal Information to us or the Sites.

Information You Provide to Us
We collect Personal Information that you voluntarily provide to us when you use our Services. For example, you may provide us with your email address, first name and last name, phone number, or other Personal Information when you choose to submit such information to us through email, an online form, or other method (such as contacting us through our “Contact Us” or “Careers” Site features).
Information We Automatically Collect
When you access and use our Site we automatically receive and collect certain technical data and online usage and interaction information about you, your visits and your device. This information is collected through a variety of means (including cookies and other tracking technologies, as further described below), and includes the following types:

• Pages you visited before or after navigating to our Site.
Careers Page
If we have collected your Personal Information through the “Careers” page accessible via our Site in response to a job opening, you are giving us permission to process and retain your information for the purpose of evaluating your application for employment consideration for the specific position that you applied to, as well as other roles at CreateMe. This Personal Information may be collected, processed and stored by a third-party talent tracking solution provider, currently dover.com. Any information that you submit through those pages of the dover.com operated website will be collected and processed initially by Dover in accordance with Dover’s applicable privacy policy(ies), including that Dover may share with CreateMe information that you submit in connection with an application for employment with CreateMe.
Notably, this Privacy Statement does not apply to any personal or other information collected by us in the employment context or in a business-to-business context. To the extent required and applicable, such information is processed in accordance with separate policies and practices.
Links to Third-Party Sites
Some links provided on our Site may redirect you to third-party websites that we do not operate. Examples of this may include links (or buttons) to third-party social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Pinterest and Twitter. The privacy practices of those websites or platforms will be governed by their own policies. We make no representation or warranty as to the privacy practices or policies of any third parties, including the providers of third-party applications. If you are submitting information to any such third-party or on any third-party operated website, application or service, you should review and understand that party’s applicable policies, including their privacy policies and terms of service, before providing your information.
Use of Cookies, Tracking and Analytics
Like most websites, our Services may use “cookies” and other similar technologies, such as pixel tags and web beacons, to collect certain types of the technical data and usage data described above, as permitted by applicable law. How We Protect and Retain Your Information
We take the security of your Personal Information very seriously. We use reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to secure the Personal Information you share with us.
